As the summer winds down and the back to school routine approaches, ask yourself if there were problems last year in school that can be detoured from the start this school year. Have a talk with your teen and involve him/her in the discussion for change. Help your adolescent develop self-motivation skills for school. And then set some reminders for yourself to stay on top of this issue.
