Individuals and treatment facilities or programs must be able to provide us with a way of verifying that you are a complaint free professional or facility and have never had an incident of physical or sexual abuse of a child, neglect of a child, or death of a child in your care. We also request telephone contact with a Clinical Director at facilities in addition to your marketing staff. A letter from a licensing board or certifying agency documenting your complaint-free status may be submitted via mail in lieu of a verification link. We will contact you within the next couple of weeks.
