This month focus your attention on the signals you give your adolescent in comparison to the actual intention you have. As a parent of a teenager, it is easy to abandon your goals and become reactive to your teen's behavior. This results in delivering a mixed message to your teenager. Your adolescent is more likely to respond in a positive manner when you stay focused on your intention as a parent and have your actions match your goals.
