At the For Parents of Adolescents Website, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for our members. For starters, every member is given a free preview period of 7 days. During this time, your account will not be billed. If you decide you don't want to stay with us, just cancel your membership anytime within that 7 days and you won't be charged. If for some reason you get charged when you had cancelled, we'll refund those charges asap.
Those who join on any special promotional offers will not be eligible for this 7 day preview as they will have already received a free preview within the promotional offer. However, all other terms apply, and they can cancel at any time during their promotional period to avoid being charged. Second, if you purchase an annual membership and decide you want to cancel it prior to the end of your subscription period, we'll refund the remainder of your subscription on a prorated basis less an administrative fee. No questions asked. No hassles.
