Make this the best year ever by helping your adolescents to follow through with their intentions.

The best way to helping teens is by being an example. Do you have intentions that you need to follow through on? Make a commitment to do that this year. Show your kids that it is only when our behavior follows our intentions that we acomplish our dreams.
